JD Durso

The All In Boxing & Fitness co-owner and operator has over 25 years of experience as a full-time exercise specialist.  His training methodologies have been successfully applied to a wide variety of clients ranging in age from 5 to 89-years-old. JD successfully trains his clients — which have included state and national champion high school athletes in multiple sports — with a positive affirmation approach. JD has worked with numerous pro athletes and has had great success with them and their goals. In addition to being a successful trainer, JD is also an accomplished athlete, winning five national powerlifting championships and one world powerlifting title.  JD is also an experienced boxer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  JD’s talent doesn’t just stop at the helping you get fit physically. What sets him apart is his ability and compassion to help clients make successful lifestyle changes.  Bottom line? JD gets results.

Amy Sico

Amy’s business background includes 10 years in the corporate world where she earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt. Looking for new challenges, Amy found her passion in the fitness industry 14 years ago when she started teaching kickboxing classes and conducting personal training sessions. She is also a competitive boxer who has compiled a record of 3 wins and 1 split decision (which came in her very first fight). Besides being a devoted mother to her 18-year-old daughter, she is living out her passion as the co-owner and operator of All In Boxing & Fitness.

Kelsey Belliston

Kelsey grew up with an active lifestyle where athletics played a key role.  Though the sports may have changed throughout the years, a healthy lifestyle was always priority. Kelsey’s favorite activities are cycling, snowboarding and bodybuilding.  She also recently completed a goal of participating in a figure competition.  After completing her University-level strength certification, she decided personal training was her passion and began the journey of assisting others in reaching their goals. Kelsey is all about challenging and pushing her clients to learn new things and break through their limits.

Nic Durso

Nic is a true-life success story on how to never give up.  He turned his life around six years ago and has never looked back. Besides being an excellent Personal Trainer/Instructor, Nic mentors his peers on how to structure their life and be happy.  He has also been a featured speaker at numerous venues throughout the Valley.  An undefeated amateur boxer, he is also well versed in Muay Thai kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. Besides boxing, he has found a passion in physique competitions. His goal is to become a pro physique competitor and pro boxer. Nic is a great trainer for both adults and youth clients and captures their full attention and respect. His youngest client is 5-years-old, and he also has a 15-year-old client who has lost 50 pounds. Not only is Nic a great asset and success story he’s also a proud father of his daughter Rylin who is his greatest accomplishment!

Jack Magnifico

Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Fitness from Arizona State University.  A passionate snowboarder, he has participated in that activity throughout the United States and in Argentina. His goal in life is to maintain and share a life-long knowledge of health and physical fitness.

Rick Roufus

When it comes to the sport of K-1, Rick “The Jet” Roufus has legendary status.  His unrivaled skills in the K-1 arena earned him 10 world championships (1989-2011). The well-rounded kickboxer is known for his dynamic and aggressive fight style. Roufus was first introduced to martial arts by his father, who trained in Taekwondo.

Rick also won a WBC Continental Americas Cruiserweight boxing title.
